What the site measures
When privacy respecting analytics are enabled, sonofol.org measures aggregate page visits and a small set of coarse actions: opening a project, article, evidence link, media appearance, or contact channel, plus whether major biography sections were viewed. Event labels describe public content, never a visitor.
What it does not measure
The site does not use advertising trackers, cross site profiles, analytics cookies, fingerprinting, or persistent visitor identifiers. It does not send the text typed into Ask Gordon, generated answers, email contents, or other free form visitor input to the site analytics layer.
Privacy signals
The optional analytics script is not loaded when the browser sends Global Privacy Control or Do Not Track. It is also disabled on local and preview environments so development activity is not counted as visitor behavior.
Ask Gordon
Ask Gordon runs its model in the visitor's browser. The portfolio analytics layer may count that the Start Ask Gordon button was used, but it never records the question, the answer, or chat content.
Hosting and outgoing links
The hosting provider necessarily processes ordinary technical request information needed to deliver the site. External services have their own privacy practices when a visitor follows a link to GitHub, LinkedIn, Apple, a podcast, or another product.
